For this project I designed custom lighting for Chick-fil-A’s corporate headquarters. The client wanted an illuminating cloud-like ceiling element for an ideation space that would host workshops, lectures and special events. I was responsible for creating the design, choosing and sourcing materials, and installation. I constructed the structures out of acrylic pieces. Using vector cutting, I laser cut shapes and then adhered them together. Working closely with Parks Miller(lighting), we placed LED strips in structures to be remote controlled by an iPad.
